We finally have some news about box5. Some good and some bad.

First off a brief review of situation. We had some hardware failures. The power supply went out and took the motherboard with it. Unfortunately that same motherboard isn't produced anymore and we got what should have been a fairly compatible motherboard and turned out not to be at all. The sata controller isn't compatible with CentOS or Fedora. The additional problem I had was help related. My regular guy is out of the country and I had to find someone else to help me. His schedule and mine turned out to be very different and it took a long while to physically get the hardware in place to test everything out.

On to the news and how all this effects you. First off, box5 will be taken out of commission until I can find a different motherboard which is compatible with our needs. We already have another server available, but I will have to wait until my regular guy comes back so we can get it all setup and ready to go. In the meanwhile, I don't want anyone to have to wait for any of that, so I am moving people around on existing servers.

Bad news:

1) Email accounts
2) Addon domains
3) Mysql users

If you do not give me all the needed information, I can not get your account set up.

Please understand that I am also a tax professional and I try to do as much as I can during business hours, but generally I am tied up doing tax returns so if I don't return your email or message immediately, be patient. Feel free to give me all your info when you message or email me and I will get to it in order that I receive it.

I apologize that we are having to go through this, but I've done pretty much everything I can do to move on as easily and quickly as we can from this hardware failure. I will be giving some account credit. The amount has not been determined. Right now I'm concentrating on getting everyone's site back up as quickly as possible. I am more than happy to help people recover data if they decide to cancel their accounts. Some have asked me why I got my site up and running before others. That is simply because you all need to have a method of contacting me and this is the easiest way to do so.
